What Does Your Roofline Service Include?
We work on fascias, soffits, guttering and uPVC roofline, as well as lead flashing and chimney repairs. You can find more detail on the linked service pages, or tell us what you've noticed and we'll discuss the work needed.
I Do Not Know the Name of the Damaged Part. Can I Still Enquire?
Of course. Tell us where it is and what's happening, and send photos if you can take them safely. Peter or Robert can talk it through with you; you don't need to diagnose it first.
Are Chimney Repairs and Leadwork the Same Service?
They can be part of the same job, but they cover different things. Chimney repairs may involve brickwork or mortar, while leadwork protects the roof junction around it. We'll list the work needed for each in your quote.
Can Roofline Be Repaired without a New Roof?
Yes, roofline can sometimes be repaired or replaced on its own. We'll consider the surrounding roof, but a problem with a fascia or gutter doesn't automatically mean you need a new covering.
Can You Include These Details in a Re-Roofing Project?
Yes. Tell us which roofline, flashing or chimney work you'd like considered alongside the new roof. We'll make clear which items are included in the quote.
Do You Also Offer Dry Ridge and Dry Verge?
Yes, for suitable pitched roofs. Dry ridge systems secure the ridge along the top of the roof, while dry verge systems protect its sloping edges. Our separate service pages explain each in more detail.
Will a Roofline Quote Cover Internal Decoration?
Only if we've agreed to include it. Internal making good and decorating may need arranging separately. Tell us about any damage inside, and we'll make clear which work our quote covers.
