Let us know whether you can see loose mortar, damaged brickwork, staining, a leak near the chimney or movement in the flashing. Safe photographs can be useful, but there is no need to climb onto the roof.
2. We Check the Stack and Surrounding Roof
We check the chimney alongside the nearby tiles, slates and flashing. Water can travel before it appears inside, so a stain may not sit directly below the problem.
3. We Explain the Repair Needed
If most of the chimney is sound, a local repair may be enough. If the damage is more widespread, we'll explain why more work is needed and what it involves.

Can a Chimney Be Removed?
