New GRP Flat Roofing
For a new GRP roof, the deck, edges and openings need planning together. We'll look at where the roof meets walls and how water will drain away, as well as the finish.

GRP Fibreglass Roofing
GRP is a fibreglass roofing system made with resin and reinforcement over a suitable deck. The preparation, edge trims and conditions during fitting all matter to the finished roof. We'll discuss these details with you before work starts.
What Matters Most
Tell us about your roof, what's prompted you to get in touch and what you'd like to achieve. We can then talk through the work that may be needed.
We install and replace GRP fibreglass roofs where the construction is suitable. Tell us about your roof and we can discuss whether this system would work for it.
GRP is one of the flat-roof coverings we offer, alongside EPDM and felt. We can explain which options suit your roof and what the work would involve.
The deck, edges, outlets and openings all need to suit the system. For an existing roof, we also consider the condition of what's already there.
Send us your postcode, a description of the roof and any safe photos. We can discuss the work needed and explain the quote and applicable guarantees before you decide.

GRP stands for glass-reinforced plastic. It uses resin and fibreglass reinforcement to form a hard roof covering over a suitable deck, with trims and junctions designed to keep water out.
It doesn't suit every roof. The construction, movement and use of the roof all need considering. We'll discuss whether GRP is suitable or whether another covering would be a better fit.
Yes, GRP can suit garages and extensions. We'll consider the deck, roof layout and the room beneath it when discussing the work.
We'll need to check the existing roof first. GRP needs a suitable deck, so your quote should explain which old materials need removing and how the base will be prepared.
A repair may be possible, but it's important to understand why the crack appeared. We'll consider the surrounding roof and any movement before discussing how to put it right.
Yes. GRP must be fitted in conditions that meet the product's instructions. Wet or unsuitable weather can affect the work, so we'll discuss timing with that in mind.
Rooflights can be included where the design is suitable. Let us know early so we can plan the openings and raised edges, and confirm whether we're keeping or replacing existing units and any internal finishing.
Look at the whole proposal: preparation, decking, drainage, edge details, future access and the applicable guarantees. We can talk through how GRP and EPDM would work on your roof rather than relying on a general lifespan claim.
