Roof Repairs & Leaks
A leak, slipped tile or overflowing gutter can have different causes. Tell us what you've noticed, where it's happening and whether it's getting worse. You don't need to know what's wrong before calling; we can look into the cause and explain the repair needed.
What Matters Most
Tell us about your roof, what's prompted you to get in touch and what you'd like to achieve. We can then talk through the work that may be needed.
We check the affected area and the roof around it, including relevant flashing, joints, valleys and drainage. The first visible defect isn't always the only reason water is getting in.
Our repair work includes tiles, slates, ridges, roof edges and valleys, as well as chimney flashing and leadwork. We'll explain which parts of your roof need attention.
If the problem is limited to one area, a repair may be enough. Where wear is more widespread, we'll explain whether more work or replacement would be sensible. We base that advice on the roof's condition.
If your roof is leaking or has storm damage, call Peter or Robert and tell us what's happened. We can check availability and discuss access and the weather before arranging work. Photos taken safely can help us understand the damage.
