What Flat-Roof Systems Do You Offer for Garages?

Can an Attached Garage Roof Be Replaced?
Yes, we can discuss replacing an attached garage roof. The junction with your house and any adjoining roofs needs particular attention, and we'll explain how those details are covered in the quote.
Can You Turn a Flat Garage Roof into a Pitched Roof?

What if the Existing Roof Might Contain Asbestos?
Please don't disturb or walk on it. Suspected asbestos needs identifying and may require specialist assessment or removal before roofing work is planned. Those responsibilities need to be confirmed separately with us before work starts.
Will Guttering Be Replaced at the Same Time?
Only if it's included in the quote. Mention damaged gutters, worn fascia boards or overflowing water when you contact us, and we can discuss that work alongside the roof.
Can I Keep Using the Garage During the Work?
That depends on the work. Tell us about vehicles, stored belongings, shared drives and anything else that affects access. We'll discuss the arrangements with you once we understand what's needed.
Does a New Garage Roof Make It a Habitable Room?
No. A new roof is only one part of turning a garage into a living space. A full conversion may also need design work, insulation, ventilation and building-control approval. Tell us your plans so the roofing work fits the wider project.
