EPDM Rubber Roofing
A flexible rubber membrane for suitable flat roofs, fitted over a prepared base with careful finishing at edges and outlets.
Newcastle & the North East
We install and repair EPDM rubber, GRP fibreglass and felt flat roofs. We'll check the roof beneath the covering and its drainage, then explain which options suit your property.

Flat Roofing
We offer EPDM, GRP and felt flat roofs. Before recommending a covering, we look at the deck, drainage, roof shape and how you use the space below.
What Matters Most
Tell us what the roof covers, whether it's new or existing, and any leaks or standing water you've noticed. That gives us a useful starting point for discussing the work.
Every covering needs a sound base. We consider the condition of the deck and any damp or damaged areas before discussing a new roof.
We'll look at the roof's slope, outlets and gutters. If water isn't draining properly, changing the covering alone may not solve it.
Wall junctions, rooflights, outlets and trims need to work with the chosen covering. We include the relevant details when planning and quoting for your roof.
A repair may be enough where the damage is limited and the rest of the roof is sound. If the covering or deck is failing more widely, we'll explain why replacement may be worthwhile.

Answers to common questions about our work.
Have a question about your own roof? Tell us what you've noticed and we'll talk it through with you.
REQUEST A FREE QUOTEThat depends on the roof. We consider the deck, drainage, shape and use of the building before discussing felt, EPDM or GRP. We'll explain why the options suit your roof so you can compare them properly.
A local repair may be enough if the rest of the roof is in good condition. Repeated leaks, widespread wear or deck damage may point towards replacement. We can discuss both once we understand the problem.
Standing water is worth having checked, especially if it persists or you've noticed leaks. Tell us where it collects and how long it stays after rain. Please don't climb onto the roof or alter the drainage yourself.
Insulation is included only where it's part of the agreed work. Tell us how the room below is used, and we'll discuss the roof construction and any insulation requirements when preparing the quote.
We'll need to check the rooflight and how it joins the roof. We can then discuss keeping or replacing it and make clear whether any internal finishing is included.
Don't assume a flat roof is safe to walk on. Access for maintenance needs to be assessed, and a roof intended as a terrace or balcony needs to be designed for that use. Let us know what you have in mind.
Yes, we work on suitable commercial flat roofs, including shops, offices and managed properties. Tell us about working hours, access and the people using the building so we can discuss the arrangements.
Send your postcode, what the roof covers and the material if you know it. Describe any leaks, standing water or previous repairs, and include photos taken safely. Details of rooflights, outlets and access are helpful too.
