Leaks & Local Repairs
A leak can come from a panel, joint, flashing or the connection to your house. We check the affected area before assuming the whole roof needs replacing.
Newcastle & the North East
Tell us what you'd like to improve about your conservatory. The roof options depend on its existing structure, so we'll discuss what needs checking before recommending a change.

Conservatory Roofs
Is your conservatory leaking, showing its age or no longer working for you? Tell us what roof you have and what you'd like to change. We can discuss repairs or replacement once we understand the existing building.
Before You Decide
We start with the roof you have and the result you want. A repair, a replacement covering and a larger alteration each need different checks.
Let us know whether the roof is glazed, polycarbonate, tiled or another system, whether it leaks and whether you are looking for a repair or a larger alteration.
We look at how the roof drains and joins the house. Flashing, gutters and joints need to work with the covering to keep rain out.
The existing structure needs to support the proposed roof. Changing from a lightweight covering to a different construction may need design work and approvals, so these checks come before choosing a finish.
We'll discuss the roofing work in your quote and which structural checks, building work or internal finishes need separate arrangements.

REQUEST A FREE QUOTEThe existing frame, supports and roof shape need checking first. The proposed roof must suit the conservatory's structure, so choosing a covering alone isn't enough to confirm suitability.
Yes. Tell us where the water appears, when it started and what repairs have already been tried. We can discuss checking the covering, joints and drainage before deciding what work is needed.
The options depend on your conservatory's existing structure and the changes you want to make. We'll discuss what needs checking and confirm the proposed construction and materials for your individual job.
The roof can be part of improving comfort, but glazing, heating, insulation and ventilation matter too. Tell us what you want to achieve so we can discuss the roofing work and where wider changes may be needed.
That depends on the property and the change. A conservatory roof replacement can need building-control assessment, and planning requirements may also apply. Check the requirements for your project before agreeing the work.
Only if it's included in your quote. Internal lining, decoration and electrical work may need separate arrangements. We'll discuss which parts of the finished roof our quotation covers.
We can discuss repairing or replacing the flashing and roof connection to the house. Tell us about any leaks or deterioration there so the relevant work can be assessed and included clearly in your quote.
Send your postcode, photos of the whole conservatory taken safely, the roof type if known and what you'd like to change. Drawings, previous repair details and access information are also useful. Don't climb onto the roof to collect photos.
